If they want to call the iPad Pro a “professional” tablet. Apple needs to remake iPadOS or give us MacOS. I’m using the M1 iPad Pro and there is no way I’m using this tablet to its full capability.

My ipad pro 2018 is still working well. I bought my sister a M1 ipad pro just before the M2 came out and got it new for about 600USD. Even with the storage bump, that base M4 ipad for 1k is just unjustifiable.

I just got a refurb M1 Pro 12.9 from a big box retailer. I ordered a 128 gb and I received a 512 gb version. I’m not mad. It was a decent deal even if I got the proper storage.

Yeah it would’ve been a great deal if they made it that price when it was first introduced in late 2022.

Brings me back to the days where there were no music streaming services, to put music on these classic iPods, you had to download the music files off bearshare, or limewire. Then after they were downloaded, iTunes was needed to sync the music to your device. A time before even the iPod touch which was pretty much the start of the iPhones we have today that can pretty much do everything.

No matter where you go in Japan, there's always a theme song on loop. Japan is basically a real-life JRPG in that sense. ;) My favorite is the Hard-Off theme -- not the one composed FOR Hard-Off, but the instrumental funk piece that every single Hard-Off in the country alternates with it. Don Quijote's theme is pretty great too, though. And for stores that don't quite have their OWN theme, there's always the Yobikomi-kun theme -- that's the catch-all "generic store theme" for the entire nation. Heheh.

I so much desired one (or in fact the 2nd gen Vaio P, I think) in 2011/2012 but really could not make a rational argument to throw decent amount of cash to a secondary laptop as student. The external hardware is still cool to this day - I'd probably buy one with modern netbook specs.

I love when tech reviewers discuss “need.” True, no one “needs” an iPad Pro with an OLED screen and M4 to watch RUclips videos, but then again, no one “needs” an iPad period. And if “value” was really the overriding consideration for consumer purchases, the economies for most first world countries, and by extension the world, would be royally screwed.

Happy with my iPad 9, looking for deals on the M1 pro, mainly because the speaker on the 9 is anemic, but more importantly the RAM is just not big enough to handle multiple applications. the need to reload and start over is just too frequent, for example when writing a document in Word, then researching something in Safari, then switching back finding you have to open the document again and navigate back to where you were.

The only performance difference I've noticed between the new one and my M1 is in the AAA games they released like Resident Evil 4, Village. On the M1 I was getting less than 30 FPS and on the M4 I get between 50 and 60😅

I went with the iPad Air M2, while I would of loved the immense power of the M4, I couldn't find a way to justify the cost, the nonreflective screen at a $100, the overpriced keyboard and pen, adding an extra 4-$500, the only colors to choose from and no sticker, they could of easily made them out of recycled plastic, for the price of a nice gaming laptop, so this year I will give the iPad Air a go, go online and but a nonreflective screen for under $10, and a keyboard, if needed for less than $60, like everyone else, we are all budgeting, if they come out with an iPad that is so revamped that's worth the sticker shock then maybe

The iPad Pro is targeting the usual Wacom customer. If you compare it to Wacom product IPad Pro prices are a bargain.

For artists, i also have an iPad Air 2022, it runs photoshop mobile Okay.. but not great. That might be an adobe problem, but either way, to maximize the use of any iPad, digital art and music is really the ideal use case. And so it does digital art functions fairly okay, but not $1000 worth.

64GB of Storage isn't enough. You get a USB-C port though, you can work off USB-C drives. Get the 256GB one, it's $500 though for that.

How is battery life on ipad pro m2 12,9inch? How much it last on normal day? I see a lot of guys complaining about battery life of m2 12,9inch ipad pro. I now doubting or its worth to pick one for my self if its battery life is not good. Thanks in advance.
